The majority of our people work within Operations and are key to keeping our network of rental depots and workshops running efficiently.

With more then 7,000 customers to look after across the UK and Ireland, we're constantly striving to raise the bar in terms of offering a great experience, it's one of the reasons why we established a central Customer Support Centre.

Our central reservations and administration teams work hand in hand to manage reservations and schedule maintenance work so that customers have a hassle free experience each time they deal with us.

But we haven't stopped there, we also have a newly created Operations Support Team who provide field based rental and technical support to our rental depots as workshops.

And completing the picture is our fleet management business, Fleet Technique who are responsible for all things fleet related.

“My career started with a YTS apprenticeship at a Vauxhall main dealer and I ended up staying there for 10 years. However, I outgrew what was on offer there and jumped at the chance to join Northgate.

It’s really hands on which is just what I like, and most of my time is spent diagnosing what’s wrong with each vehicle and deciding on the best way to fix it. There are loads more opportunities to progress your career here, and because the company are always investing in their workshops and depots I’m developing my skills all the time.”
