We are looking to recruit a Business Support Team Manager at our Customer Support Centre in Darlington to support the Head of Customer Support.

The role will involve supporting the manager and the team by carrying out investigations and analysis into current processes and procedures in order to make improvements to provide a service that not only exceeds our customers' expectations, but also streamlines processes for staff.

You'll be the kind of person who is able to use your initiative through research, analytical and creative ideas to review and improve processes and procedures to enable forward thinking changes to be made.

You will support the Manager and the team by understanding and reporting accurately on SLA and KPI performances to then plan and assist in leading developments.

This is a full time role that will require flexibility on your part as it will involve travel to Northgate branches in the UK and Ireland.

Overall you will need to be a professional person who is a creative and motivational team player with the ability to interpret various sources of data whilst managing ongoing workloads.
