Working 21 hours per week, you'll be the kind of person who loves to be busy and part of a fast-paced team. Day to day, you'll be talking to our rental customers all day long both face to face and over the phone. You'll know how to turn enquiries into reservations by your proactive approach and your excellent customer service skills.
You'll need some experience in a customer service environment and a full driving licence. You'll be IT literate too and any previous vehicle rental or motor industry experience would be a distinct advantage. You'll be flexible enough to work Saturday mornings when required and to adapt to an environment where no two days are the same.
