Customer Service Agent (Part time)

This position at our new Dartford Branch is for a part time Customer Service Agent. Being a confident communicator, you'll be talking to our rental customers all day long both face to face and over the phone. You'll know how to turn enquiries into reservations by your proactive approach and your excellent customer service skills. You'll be a great team player, assisting other team members in their roles when required, and will have the flexibility to work at other city branches.

We're looking for someone who has experience in a customer service environment, and if you've ever worked within the vehicle rental industry then so much the better. A good level of IT literacy is a must and it is essential that you hold a full driving licence.
