You'll be the kind of person who loves to be busy and part of a fast-paced team. Day to day, you'll be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are checked and cleaned to the required standards and available for rental use. This role will also involve the delivery and collection of hire vehicles to customers including the compilation of hire documents and the hand over procedures.
It will be essential that you maintain good communication with the office at all times to identify what time vehicles are required and to fully notify the office of any of damage and defects. We are looking for people that will enhance the company's reputation for excellent professional service and make a positive contribution to achieving branch targets.
You'll ideally have some experience in a customer service environment to ensure we respond to customers with the utmost attention and care. Therefore if you have great communication and a can-do attitude we want to hear from you. A full driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.
