We're looking for someone to join the Customer Care team at our busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington. You'll be dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers dealing with their specific requests, handling any issues that arise, as well as offering advice and support in a professional manner. We need someone who can work to targets and objectives whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.

So if you have experience of working in a customer service environment, and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you. You'll need to have a strong administrative background and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and enjoy working as part of a team.
