We're looking for someone to join the Complete Fleet Solutions (CFS) team at our busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington. Within this role you will handle calls and emails from customers, Northgate Branches and third party suppliers about a variety of different matters. You will take full ownership of any issues that arise, offering advice and support in a professional manner.

So if you have experience of working in a customer service environment and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you. You'll need to have a strong administrative background and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, and enjoy working as part of a team.
