We're looking for someone to join the team at our busy Customer Support Centre in Darlington, where we look after Northgate's National Customers with large fleets. You'll be dealing with inbound calls and information from customers, taking full ownership of any issues that arise, as well as offering advice and support in a professional manner. We need someone who can demonstrate empathy with our customers, deliver a high level of customer service and accuracy.

So if you have experience of working in a customer service environment and can communicate effectively and confidently whilst dealing with high volumes of information, this could be the role for you. You'll need to have a strong customer service background and be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and enjoy working as part of a busy call handling team.
