As General Manager you will be responsible for effective sales and management of stock. You will ensure all policies and procedures are carried out effectively and best practices adopted, whilst continually delivering excellent leadership. A key part of this role will involve upholding and managing the strong health & safety culture that has been developed.
Day to day, you will be responsible for the management of all sales personnel, administration and valet and co-ordination of duties. Ultimately, your challenge will be to lead, manage and motivate your team to achieve and exceed a range of key business targets, whilst focusing on delivering excellent customer service.
Further key responsibilities:
- Enforcement of organisational policies and procedures.
- Overall responsibility for site security.
- Effectively communicate with all Senior Management and Northgate personnel.
- Effective management and control of all financial aspects of the business.
- Management of stock and reporting including company pricing policies.
- Management of all vehicle movement
- Management of internal systems and processes.
- Management of all company branding and display of marketing material.
Previous experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role is essential, as is a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. A full driving licence is also an essential requirement.
