Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will engage with customers to provide a consistently high service and professional route into IT, managing the relationship with stakeholders who understand the business, building trust and inclusion within the business so that IT becomes a key business partner.

You will initially help customers with business challenges and opportunities, analysing stated needs, to define and prioritise requirements, clearly documenting and gaining agreement to then work with and enable solution developers to design and create IT solutions. Further to this a key part of your role will be to lead solution delivery, assuring the quality testing and timely implementation to enable the business to achieve efficiency and revenue benefits.

Candidates will possess excellent communication and relationship development skills, experienced ideally with MS Dynamic AX or a similar ERP system. Project management qualifications would be advantageous and an exposure to the vehicle rental industry.
