Rental Supervisor

As Rental Supervisor you'll be responsible for Supervising all of the Hiredesk Operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. The role will be very diverse and involve everything from making sure staff meet performance targets, right through to ensuring Health and Safety procedures are maintained and that processes approved by the branch are implemented.

You'll be the kind of person who is driven, has the ability to perform in a busy environment and manage a fast-paced team. The key to this role will be to lead, develop and motivate your team to achieve key branch targets and KPI's. This includes everything from maximising fleet utilisation and minimising costs to ensuring your team deliver the highest level of customer service.

You'll need some previous supervisory experience, preferably within the Vehicle Rental industry and have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. You'll have a good level of PC skills and a full driving licence is also essential.
