If you've always wanted to play a part in a leading company, here's your chance. Due to large expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a part time, 20 hour a week Customer Service Agent at our new branch opening soon in Camberley. You must be flexible to work over a 7 day period.
A confident communicator, you'll be talking to our rental customers all day long both face to face and over the phone. You'll know how to turn enquiries into reservations by your proactive approach and your excellent customer service skills. You'll be a great team player, assisting other team members in their roles when required, and will have the flexibility to work at other city branches.
We're looking for someone who has experience in a customer service environment, and if you've ever worked within the vehicle rental industry then so much the better. A good level of IT literacy is a must and it is essential that you hold a full driving licence. If you have a great telephone manner and a can-do attitude we want to hear from you.
