We are recruiting three Administration Assistants to join our Area administration teams at our Nottingham, Cannock and Barking branches. The main purpose of the new positions will be to undertake general administration duties as well as assist the Administration Manager in the hub branch within which they are based.

Main responsibilities will include banking and petty cash management, local query resolution, distribution of payslips and payroll documentation as well as general administrative tasks including holiday records and stationary orders.

Ideally candidates will have payroll and finance administration experience, enjoy working within a structured and process driven environment and be comfortable communicating at all levels across all functions within the business. A can do attitude, attention to detail and strong IT skills are also essential.
