Maintenance Controller

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller to be based at our Barking Workshop. The successful candidate will be supporting the regional network of branches; ensuring downtime of vehicles is kept to a minimum alongside maintaining maintenance compliance for vehicles across the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Arranging recovery of customer vehicles, and minimise delays in returning vehicles by effectively communicating with workshops and 3rd party networks
• Liaise with customers and establish a strong working relationship with 3rd parties
• Scheduling of all compliance and safety works into approved network
• Prioritising urgent requirements, ensuring best vehicle turnaround times are achieved
• Management of Purchase Orders, checking for costs, quantity, correct order numbers & complete orders
• Understanding customers' needs and expectations, always looking to over deliver on these
• Meet and exceed all expected KPI's and SLA's in line with company expectations

Skills & Experience:

• Customer Focused
• Feel at home in a pressurised environment
• IT Literate
• Experience within fleet compliance or motor trade desirable
