Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be required to initiate, deliver and formally close projects according to pre-defined timescales, quality and budget. The Project Manager will secure the appropriate resources and manage the internal project team & third-party contractors/suppliers in order to deliver projects in line with the Northgate strategy.

As this is a business wide role experience of business operations, particularly in a workshop or vehicle rental environment would be highly advantageous. Exposure to business process mapping and exceptional stakeholder management skills are also required.

The post holder will be required to be an expert in Business Change with experience in delivering change initiatives effectively and positively. They will have experience of managing transformation projects in large, complex, multi-site organisations and have demonstrable communication skills to identify and articulate changes whilst engaging those affected by change.

Candidates will possess excellent communication and relationship development skills and gained vast experience in process mapping ideally in a customer focused environment. Advanced project management qualifications would be an advantage or solid commercial experience.
