Working as part of our busy Fleet Support Centre you will be responsible for balancing resource requirement against departmental workload objectives, ensuring customer SLA's are adhered to. You will be required to identify areas of risk, understanding market trends ensuring all legal regulatory standards are met whilst controlling cost on budget.

You will need to be an excellent communicator with an ability to build key relationships within the company and customers to enable you to effectively manage the deliverables of Fleet Support Centre. You'll ideally possess industry knowledge but this is not essential, a strong commercial background with demonstrable experience of driving process for optimisation.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated with an ability to manage teams, drive process with a customer focus able translate business standards into workable day to day actions. You will need to be IT literate and be able to deliver pre-determined targets and objectives.
