Damage Controller – Hub

As Damage Controller you'll be responsible for processing all damages that require body shop assessment and repair, championing rentable standards and always ensuring the highest of quality through audits. As a central hub you will support a number of satellite branches and be accountable for making sure all repaired vehicles are compliant including safety recalls prior to them being released for customer use.

You'll need great customer service skills with ability to build key relationships within the business. You will be the kind of person who thrives in a busy and fast-moving environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You'll have excellent MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel and Outlook. A relevant NVQ or any experience of Audatex/Glassmatix type estimates would be advantageous and if you've previously worked in a service department/body shop or related industry, so much the better.
