As a Branch Manager at our hub location you'll take responsibility and accountability for the effective management of all hub activities, ensuring that, through strong and effective leadership, all financial, operational and KPI targets are achieved. You will deliver effective support to the branch network by working closely with the area management team, to maximise efficiencies and make best use of the resources and assets in the area.

As a natural leader, you will manage and develop a high performing team and ensure all customer interactions are dealt with professionally and efficiently. You will collaborate with the Area Asset Team and Operations Manager to balance the hub and branch network fleets and maximise the fleet available, supporting any branch with supply issues. You will also ensure that the workshop is compliant, productive and again exceeding all company targets and liaise with the Area Technical Manager to support the efficient use of resources and to ensure the highest standards are achieved. Your drive will be to regularly review the business plan for the site ensuring continuous improvements.

You'll be an experienced leader, having previously managed a high performing, customer focused branch. You'll be able to demonstrate a proven ability to perform in a pressurised environment, drive forward growth and have excellent customer service skills. A background in vehicle rental/workshop industry or in an operations management position is desirable along with experience within a strong health and safety culture.
