Workshop Foreman

As a Foreman at the Exeter depot you'll play a key role in our workshop, where you'll oversee the quality of work, the condition of all equipment, and the development and training of mechanics and apprentices.

Ultimately, it's all about meeting targets and driving performance, following health and safety procedures, and keeping everyone focused on customer satisfaction.

A City and Guilds Level 1,2 & 3 or equivalent qualification in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair and a full driving licence are both essential. You'll also need some experience of leading a team of technicians, great communication skills, good IT skills and ideally knowledge of LCVs, HGVs and auto electrics. You'll need a flexible approach and you'll thrive in a pressured environment.
