We are looking to recruit a Workshop Administrator at our Cannock hub site . Reporting to the Workshop Manager you will provide general administrative support to the workshop technicians and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.

You will ideally come from a mechanical background in either repair or maintenance control and have previous workshop experience. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent administrative skills and IT skills (especially Word and Excel). Your customer service skills will be strong and you will have worked previously in a customer facing environment. This role does require working alternate Saturday mornings.

Skills and Experience required:

  • A mechanical background and experience of repair or maintenance control is ideal
  • Previous workshop experience is ideal
  • Experience of working within a customer facing environment
  • Experience within a vehicle rental company is desirable
  • Excellent administration skills
  • IT literate (especially Word and Excel)
