We are looking to recruit a Rental Manager at our Barking depot. As a Rental Manager your focus will be the management of your team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service. You will have accountability for forecast and budget achievement as well as reporting and maintaining a correct fleet mix. You will work closely with the Workshop Manager and provide support to the fleet sales centre team.
You will have a track record of managing teams successfully and have experience of working in a customer facing environment. A rental background would be desirable. You will have strong people management skills, excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of health and safety. You will also be able to demonstrate financial acumen and be IT literate. A driving license is essential for this role.
