We are recruiting for a Resource Planning and Delivery Analyst to work at our busy call centre in Darlington. You will support across a variety of business functions by completing resource forecast duties. You will build business forecasts based on historic and new business information and ensure resource gaps are closed in advance of requirement. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will provide daily, weekly and monthly reports analysing forecasts against actual performance.

You will ideally need an understanding of the elements relating to workforce planning and management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be proficient on Microsoft Office packages and have an excellent understanding of Excel. You will be a team player who is able to build relationships and work well with other departments.
