We are recruiting for Quality Co-ordinators to work within our busy call centre at our Darlington site. The main focus of the role will be to complete call and e-mail monitoring duties and collate reports that will assist the department in achieving the targets and objectives and provide a proactive and professional service across the business. You will also assist Team Leaders in collating constructive performance feedback for staff who have been monitored.

You will need an understanding of the elements relating to the provision of an excellent customer experience and have excellent communication skills. You will be a team player who is able to build relationships and work well with other departments.
