We are recruiting for Reservations Operators to work within at our busy call centre at Darlington. In this role you will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries / bookings for the Key Accounts in a timely and efficient manor, whilst building up key relationships. As well as allocating vehicles and scheduling for the Key Accounts you will check insurance details for each rental and ensure the updating of the insurance files daily and organise MOTs and services for any vehicles on long term hire. .
You will have a good general education (Higher Education desirable but not essential) and have the ability to perform in a pressured environment. You must offer excellent customer service skills including relationship building and good communication. You will be proficient on Microsoft Office packages to include Excel. .
