You will be responsible for all Sales activity in your area, using creative methods and developing new strategies to drive growth, increase our Sales potential and maintain our current customer account base, whilst demonstrating strong leadership and commercial awareness.

Working closely with your people your team will comprise both New Business Managers and Account Managers. Strategically minded, you will be responsible for leading, driving and motivating your team to deliver sales success within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Skills & Experience

  • A proven, demonstrable track record of leading and managing a sales team in a B2B environment
  • Excellent business acumen, capable of identifying and driving sales improvements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt leadership style to different environments to achieve a positive outcome
  • A good planner with a structured problem solving and decision making approach
  • Ability to write articulate and effective proposals in response to customers' needs
  • First class customer focus and in depth understanding of internal and external customer relationships and business processes
  • A high achiever who is ambitious, career minded and enjoys the challenge of working towards demanding goals and targets
  • Fully IT Literate
