Area Sales Manager

We are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to manage our North East Sales Team. In this role you will be responsible for leading, driving and motivating your team to deliver sales success. You will work with them to achieve sales, revenue and profit targets and to build and maintain successful client relationships.

You will have a track record of managing successful sales professionals in a B2B sales and territory management environment. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen and will also have excellent communication skills and be IT literate.

Skills and Experience required:

• A track record of successfully managing a sales team in a B2B environment
• Strong people management skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Highly effective report writing, business planning and business proposal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills
