Field Based and focusing on a specific geographical territory you will take ownership of all key customer relationships in your area. You will take responsibility for an agreed 'Account Development Plan' with CRM for each customer that clearly maps out your strategy that will ensure Northgate Vehicle Hire are the preferred choice when it comes to the supply of light commercial vehicles.

While your aim will be to provide a first class customer experience via detailed reporting and the management of the Service Level Agreements you will also be tasked with identifying new opportunities within your portfolio for all 'non rental' products and services.

You will ensure that all KPI's between Northgate and the client are met and will work closely with the operations team to identify and monitor the resolution of key issues.

Skills & Experience

  • A proven, demonstrable track record of Account Management within a B2B environment
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills at all levels through an organisation
  • First class communication skills with the ability to write articulate and engaging proposals
  • Strong commercial acumen with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and committed to hitting deadlines and targets
  • Driven, career minded with a passion for customers
  • IT literate
