Here at Northgate, our HR and Recruitment team have been busy playing their part by helping us to attract and recruit lots of new, talented people to join our teams. We’re a growing business and our plans are for more growth over the next couple of years.

Throughout 2012, our HR colleagues have worked to re-engineer our whole approach to recruitment. It’s included launching this brand new careers site which went live in May. We designed the site to help talented people like you, find out as much as possible about life at Northgate, so you can decide whether we might be able to offer what you’re looking for.

We’re really pleased with the site and judging from feedback from recent recruits, it’s going down pretty well with you too. So we were thrilled when we beat off competition from Sky and Sainsbury’s to win a commendation at the Recruitment Business Awards in Manchester for Best Recruitment Website.
