Terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is to win one pair of tickets only for the British Grand Prix on Sunday 5th July 2015 in the Farm Curve section. Travel, car parking and accommodation is not included. No cash alternative is available
2. To enter on Facebook, entrants must Like the Northgate Careers Facebook page and like or share a post
3. To enter on Twitter, entrants must follow the Northgate Careers Twitter account and retweet a post.
4. To enter on LinkedIn, entrants must follow the Northgate Careers company page and like or share a post.
5. Employees of the promoter (ResourceBank Recruitment), Northgate Vehicle Hire and their immediate families are excluded from the prize draw
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the prize draw and all matters relating to it, the decision of the promoter is final and binding and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into
7. The opening date of the draw is 01:00pm (UK time) on 20th April 2015 and the Closing Date is 11:59pm (UK time) on 21st June 2015. Entries received after the Closing Date shall not be included in the Prize Draw.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the way in which Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn uses any personal information submitted by the entrant.
9. Any person reasonably suspected of having created multiple social media accounts for the purpose of entering the prize draw will be disqualified.
10. Entrants between 20th April 2015 and 21st June 2015 will be automatically entered in to the draw.
11. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. Entrants shall ensure that they comply with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn’s rules, guidelines and policies.
12. The MD of ResourceBank will publicly announce the winner on 22nd June on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and the promoter will endeavour to contact the winner person via private message.
13. Upon receipt of notification that they have won, the winner will be required to provide to the promoter the postal address to which they require the prize to be sent. The address must be situated in the UK or Ireland. The winners must claim their prize by responding via Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn to the promoter and providing the address within 48 hours of the promoter first posting the winner. If any winner does not respond to the promoter within the timeframe specified, they shall forfeit their right to receive the prize and the promoter may carry out a further draw to select an alternative winner. The alternative winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all other valid entries.
14. The winner must ensure that the address provided is correct. The prize will be sent recorded delivery and no liability will be accepted by the Promoter if the prize is lost or delayed in the post.
15. The promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the prize draw and the closing date without notice for circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control. The promoter also reserves the right to amend the terms at any time.
